We size it before anyone builds it

Refrigeration design done in-house — heat loads calculated, equipment selected against the real duty, and the whole system documented so it can be priced, built and maintained without guesswork.

What this covers

  • Heat load calculations

Transmission, infiltration, product, people, lighting and defrost loads worked out for each room or process — the basis every other decision rests on.

  • Equipment selection and specification

Compressors, condensers, evaporators and valves selected for the actual design conditions, including the ambient temperatures your site really sees.

  • Natural refrigerant system design

CO₂, ammonia and hydrocarbon systems designed from the start, with the safety, charge and ventilation requirements each refrigerant brings.

  • Tender and construction documentation

Schematics, equipment schedules and specifications that let builders and contractors price the same scope and install it correctly.

  • Design review

A second set of eyes on a consultant's or supplier's design before it is built, when changes still cost a pen stroke instead of a rebuild.

Design is where the running cost is decided

Equipment is bought once. Electricity is bought every hour for the life of the plant. A system sized to the real load, with the right condenser for a hot climate and controls that suit the way the site operates, costs less to run from the first day. That decision is made on paper, before anything is ordered.

The person who designs it can build it

Because we also install and maintain refrigeration plant, our designs are drawn by people who know what fits in a plant room, what a technician needs to reach, and what fails first. Builders get documentation they can price. Owners get a system that the next contractor can understand.
