When it fails
Refrigeration rarely fails at a convenient time. If product is at risk, call the number at the top of this page. Describe what you are seeing — alarms, temperatures, noises, what changed — and you will be talking to the person who does the diagnosis, not a call centre.
Before it fails
Most breakdowns give warning: rising head pressure from a dirty condenser, a slow leak, a contactor starting to pit. A programmed maintenance visit is scheduled to find those signs. Each visit is recorded, so the history of your plant is on file when something does go wrong.
